Sorry, I meant I'm the Canadian sponsoring (I'm not the applicant). I'm not sure what the provincial agreement is?

It's a requirement for Quebec. Sponsoring is done in 2 steps with them.

I just made a mistake.
I paid sponsorship application fees $1040 and forgot about biometrics fees
I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION PACKAGE YET Though..
Question: What do you think are the chances that CIC will accept a separate Biometrics fee to be included on the package? (2 receipts in application package)..Or the possibility of rejecting my application package?

Checklist says--- ATTACH A SINGLE RECEIPT with the sponsorship fee, the application fee, and the biometric fee for the principal applicant you are sponsoring.. and so on...

Anyone who could give me advice about this matter please..

You can just put two receipts in the file. I did the same and got the bio metric request last week.

Guys a quick question. My wife did her bio metrics last week and they are updated on the top right corner in GIC but it still states on the list below that biometrics are not required at this time.

When does it change to Passed? or it just stays that way?

Just got AOR1, it's only been 27 days since it arrived in Sydney, applied from the UK. Hopefully the rest of the process is faster than expected

27 days ? really been fast you've been lucky average is around 35-40.

LOL!! Not sure if it's true but feedback has been that KVO doesn't work on spousal visas during the summer months (July/Aug), let's hope we all get through before then!

All i have ever heard about the VO is horrible things. . I am hoping to be the exception to the rule lol.

Kvo couldn't find my passport last year after applying for visitors . I paid for DHL to return it made numerous calls to DHL they told me they didn't receive it from Vo I had to go their directly was still told it was sent back to me luckily I saw a high school mate who worked their she search for it only to hear it was mis filed. I got it tho

just not acceptable from a VO .... wow. It's like telling... its your most important document ha ? oh well, we just lost it somewhere... but don't worry everything is fine on our side.. Yeah but not on mine at all.

AOR on March 21st and just had an email from them requesting additional documents. We are common law so presuming they want more proof . Sounds like this will not slow down the process though. They’ve also requested to pay the RPRF which we did not do upfront. Glad things are moving!

Did they ask for anything specific? I'm also common law so I'm worried about needing to send more stuff, I sent a ton of proof already so I wouldn't even know what else to send them

They’ve asked for general proof, nothing in particular. We sent a lot of proof off and have a lot more we can send in, but the main one is previous rental agreements I feel so they know 100% we are common law. We are also getting a Statuary Declaration of CommonLaw today to send off that will he witnessed and signed by a lawyer.

most of time is just to verify if you gonna chicken out and run in fear, Or they randomly check one application in depth a bit more.

We’re not worried as it’s very common for them to ask of more proof for common law. What did you send off as proof? Have you got AOR yet? We had ours. Presuming after this they will send the rest like SA and MR
