I am based in Vancouver and recently got a Proof of Funds statement from RBC for the 3 accounts and Credit card account I hold with them. They do provide the statement in the format required by IRCC. Just to be safe, take a printout of the exact requirements and meet a Banking officer (You can take an appointment in your nearest branch after logging into your account online). They apparently have a typical format and he will send the request to the back end operations for processing and call you after a couple of days when it is ready for collection.
I got a letter as below on the RBC Letterhead:

I am writing to confirm that you have maintained teh follwoing services with RBC Royal Bank since (year):
(Account type 1) (Account number) opened (Month, Year), Sole owner, ($ Current balance figure), Average six month balance ($ amount)
(Account type 2) (Account number) opened (Month, Year), Sole owner, ($ Current balance figure), Average six month balance ($ amount)
(Account type 3) (Account number) opened (Month, Year), Sole owner, ($ Current balance figure), Average six month balance ($ amount)
(Credit card number) opened (Month, Year), Sole owner, Credit limit ($ amount), Current balance ($ amount)
Currently, you are client in good standing and all obligations are up to date.
