Thanks for sharing.
have you received this correspondence through email ? can you pls share London VO email address ?
my parents application is also transferred to London office since Jul 2018, but no separate AOR or correspondence received from them.
Yes, I got the AOR via email. It's a fairly detailed letter with all kinds of details in it.

Their contact address is as follows:
LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

In the AOR, they mentioned in the AOR that if you don't hear from them within 9 months of receiving the application, I'm supposed to contact them for an update using the above mentioned email address.
Note that the application receiving date is the one when Ottawa received the application and not the day London received the application.

Not sure what is biometrics exactly means is. My mother was on Supervisa in Canada and everything was done here in Canada for her to get PR. I had to take her out of country (By Road US Side) and came back. They call it FLAG POLE. That was in March 2017

Thanks
biometrics is the finger print and photo taken for the pr

So applications for my parents were transferred from Mississauga to London VO on Friday (22 Mar).

Today I got an AOR from the London VO stating they have received their application and that the pre-assessment and further processing will start now.

They mentioned in the AOR that the processing time for this office is 12 months and the time starts right when the application was initially submitted (Aug. 2nd week in my case). Let's see how true is that.

@YULIA-2016 , please update the spreadsheet.
Did your ecas status change for Parents ? Is there any new line added after you received a 2nd AOR?

Hello All,
I got SA in February and then applied to Quebec MIDI for CSQ. Just saw the amount for approval for Sponsorship undertaking got deducted today. The next step is MIDI will forward the CSQ to LVO. Does anyone know if we should wait for biometrics email ? or Should we do it ourselves without waiting for any email at the designated centers? Thanks in advance.

Encounter a validation error when entering Personal History on form 5669 Schedule A.

I have two overlapping experience:
A work from 1990-2000
B education from 1994-1998.
When I enter two lines with line A first B after A. I get an error saying the most recent experience should be put first and make sure there is no gap after I click on the validate button. If I swap line A and B, still get the same error.

So I am thinking the following two options:
Option 1: Break A into two lines, and add B in between.
A1: 1998-2000 for work
B. 1994-1998 for education
A2. 1990-1998 for the same work as A

Option 2: Just enter A, validate and print out the form, and hand write B underneath A.

Which way do you think more clear to VO? If using options 1, do I need to write some explanation on the form? is there a better way to fill the form?

Thanks
Please note that the education experience B has been claimed on the Education section as well.
Just to pump my question. I guess people are enjoying the nice weekend so hopefully someone can give some guidance:) Need to provide the updated form within 30 days.

Hi everyone. I just got the letter asking for the medical examinations. I am sponsoring my mom only (she is still legally married) but they asked for the medical exams for my father as well. Is that normal?

it is normal, when my sister in law applied, but her husband was not included in the application, CIC requested medical, PCC, and background forms of the husband as well.

I guess you are talking about Section 7 Scolarité/Education et Section 8 Antécédents personnels on IMM-5669 10-2018 where you would enter your employment histoiré. Why are you including education with employment. Keep them separate, go with your option 2

My question is about question 6 on personal history, my understanding is this section should include all kinds of activities, employment, education, unemployment, etc. And the form will not validate if I enter overlapping experience.

Then break it apart and show it separately.

Where did they do the biometrics?in canada or usa?If in canada where?

I think this biometrics (Taking finger prints) is new process from CIC. It was not in place in 2017. However had to go for Police clearance certification from Canada as well, As my mother was in Canada on supervisa for more than two years. It was private company and that company does PCC and that company took finger prints for PCC.

But i think that is different from Biometrics requirement from CIC. Sorry, as it is new process , it was not in place that time.

May be some where on CIC's web site have mentioned about that. I am sure there would be a way. It does not make sense to go parents back just for biometrices .

I can think of call CIC call center for the information. I know some agents don't answer proper. Try two three times.

Hope that helps
