Thanks! It's still early in the day, maybe it'll be updated a little later. Our medical request wasn't marked as submitted until way in the evening on a Friday and we got DM sometime between 5AM-7:40AM.Congrats! Looks like we aren't batch buddies
Yes, It was transferred to Mississauga Visa OfficeDoes MVO stand for Mississauga?
Because each file is different so they are processed in their own pace
We got DM in ECAS updated around 7:30am Canada Eastern Time.Is it manila or mississauga?
Yes, It was transferred to Mississauga Visa Office
MVO is Manila Visa Office, CPC-M is Mississauga.Does MVO stand for Mississauga?
thanks Josh!Congrats! It'll always reference your local VO for the PPR. Follow the instructions on the PPR email, I believe it states to send it to your local VAC.
Yasssss girl!!!! Congrats!!!!!Happy to report we got DM today on ECAS!!!!!! It happened sometime between midnight last night until 7:40AM when I woke up! I wonder if the BFD theory is correct after all!
Oh gosh, @gercan, are you actually my own spouse pranking me on here? Cause that's literally our exact same situation. My husband was born and lived all his life in Germany, we got married in Canada, and he's planning to continue his studies there (already applied to universities for September). We also need him to get his PR by July so we can move! Seriously, we are twins....Well, thats so good to hear!! Your words gave me some kind of hope lol. Patiently waiting for the next step. I feel like I'm just stuck at the moment, can't plan ahead because you never know when you will receive the next further instructions. My application should actually be a 'very simple one'. Born and lived all my life in Germany, got married in Canada and planning to continue my studies there. So I'm just hoping to get my PR till July (max.) to be able to start University in September there.
Dang, that is fast! Congrats again! I am so curious how you ended up being forwarded to CPC-M, as you are literally the only Vienna person I have ever seen sent there! I know that figuring this out is not your biggest concern at the moment (ha), but I would be interested to know if the sponsor is living in Canada in your case? And/or did you fulfill the relationship requirements that meant you didn't have to provide additional proof of the relationship? (i.e. the section about whether you had been married over 2 years, had a child, etc). Doesn't make a difference to my case since it's already been sent to Vienna, but I am a nerd about figuring out these puzzles nonetheless.Hi! PA is from Germany, here is our timeline:
application received Nov.13th 2018
AOR 1: Jan.16th 2019
Biometrics request: Feb 12th 2019
Sponsor Approval: Feb. 13th
Biometrics received: Feb. 19th
Medical instructions: Feb.19th
file transferred to Missisauga: Feb.27th
Medical passed: Mar. 5th
Decision Made and final steps email: Mar. 19th
haha and our status bar said 8 months more! What is the point!
I am trying to figure out if the application got transferred to Vienna, because the final steps email came from CPC Missisauga but the attachment came from Vienna... just trying to figure out if we need to send new photos! Anyone else in this situation?
thanks and good luck!

I'm actually probably going to be buying our plane tickets today (for late July) because I'm using airline points and can't really keep waiting. My hope is that we are approved by late June so that we can arrive with COPR and we don't have to go with our back-up plan, which is to apply for a student permit just in case. (I have been worrying about this a fair bit on these boards, most recently on the Vienna thread, where @WYWH has been very patient with me ).
Our AOR2 just came through on eCAS today (meaning they started processing our application in Vienna on March 20). Considering yours started back on February 1, I suspect you are going to be fine getting it before July. I really hope we are too, even though we're 6 weeks behind you! I will be following your application's progress very carefully!

I sent them last Friday, Mar 15Congrats . Such good news , Can you advise when did you send in Additional Documents ?
From my understanding, BFD isn’t a guarantee you’ll see changes on your account, but more of a prompt for the agent to pick up your case and begin working on it. So in my case I’d imagine the agent has had a nudge and I’ll see something in the coming days.So I guess that BFD concept is not true or doesn’t work for everyone
Sorry one more question , What did they ask for additional documents ? , just wanted to compareI sent them last Friday, Mar 15
