residential address has no postal code!

Hi all! I live in a cabin with no postal code! I have provided a mailing address WITH a postal code on my IMM1344 form, but I cannot validate the form unless I provide a postal code for my residential address too. I don't want to misrepresent! Any ideas? Thanks!

passport is in german, english, french - do I still need to translate?

Maybe a silly question, but I can't find the answer. If a passport is in german, english, and french (i.e. Vorname/Given names/Prenoms) do I still have to translate it? Everything is in all three languages EXCEPT for eye colour, which is written only in german. Thanks!

    Family Book - Germany

I have been reading about all this 'family book' confusion, but I still am not quite sure that I have the right answer... IMM5532 Sponsor’s Address History - using parent's address because I moved so much

Hello! I have a couple of questions about my address history as a sponsor… I have moved around and travelled a lot over the last 5 years and thus have found it easiest to use my parent’s address as my official/mailing address. When he was in Canada my partner (the PA) did the same – both he and...

visa ends 2 days short of 12 month cohabitation

Thanks! Ok they are serious about this eh - I can't change to visitor status after a work and travel visa, so I guess I will just have to make sure my partner travels with me when I head back to Canada. Thanks! This forum is incredibly helpful.

visa ends 2 days short of 12 month cohabitation

Hi! My work and travel visa in Germany is strictly one year long, and because I ended up flying to Germany two days after my visa started, I will have to leave, having spent 2 days less than a full year in the country. My partner and I are using this year as our '12 months cohabitation' to...

'time spent away' in a common law partnership

Hmm does traveling together count? For example, if we lived in Germany together for 9 months and then went to Canada to travel for a month before finding a place to live together in Canada, will this still be considered 'cohabiting'? We are together even though we are moving around? Thanks so...
