Yes it's normal, I had applied on Dec 18 and received admit on April 26.
If u want, u can mail them on the mail ID given to know when u should expect for ur admit letter.

Whenever i mail them and ask about offer letter, they only tell me about my application status .i hv mailed them 3 times but they didn't answer that In jos many days i can expect for my offer letter.
