I applied on feb 23rd but till now have not recive offer.my academics is 86% in 10th, 74% in Non medical, 81% in electrical in ITI,. 7.5 bands in ielts overall not less than 6.0 bands.i applied for electrical engineering technician.

5-6 times.whenever i asked them about my offer they said your application is still under consideration.even i applied for jan2020 for niagara 5 days ago and i have got offer from niagara in 24 hours but i want to go in September.

I got Sheridans conditional offer letter on 11th April for Sep 2019 intake. Advertising and Communication. Has anyone of you applied for study permit as yet? The fee invoice they've given mentions 19th June as the last date..

I had applied for Sheridan on Jan 10th, 2019 and still haven’t received any intimation from the college. Should I wait for 10 more days or apply for Jan 2020?

Well then i think you should just leave them an email and ask for an update on the application. Their replies are usually prompt!
They've already given out the invoices for Sep 19. I'd advise that you ask for an update and then apply for 2020.
