Please I want to ask if they accepted your application without Business plan, and what was the results?

Yes, they accepted but when they asked for all additional documents later on, I included the business plan then because that was all submitted online. If I'd included all the additional documents they requested with the paper application, it would have been over 100 pages long.
They don't actually request for a business plan. However, the onus of proving you know what you're doing and have a plan once you land is on you. Including a business plan bolsters your application.
If I remember correctly, the request was to prove that I have a plan to become self-employed once I arrive in Canada. The business plan supports that request. To summarize, they didn't specifically ask but it doesn't hurt your chances of success.

I applied by myself. I submitted a business plan during the initial application.
