eCAS says Decision Made, but has no information when I click on it - is this eCAS's version of a ghost update?? It's not reflected in myCIC.

No, he was still on BGC (criminality phase) when I called in start of March. His file is very lengthy and complicated so I'm not expecting any decision before the 12 month mark.

Mine said the same thing, it did however have an update of something like "we are checking your eligibility" with the same date DM showed up. This was above the notes for my medical passed so I didn't notice it the first time I looked at ecas. Based on others you should be getting a landing interview scheduled soon but it seems times vary depending on what local office you will go to.

there isn't really a set timeline for those things. some applications take days some a few weeks and some take months or longer

An average of 80 days from BGC started to DM/AIP, that's for the 21 applicants out of the 51 on this group who already had their DM/AIPs. Like @rabidjess said, the number will only grow larger with the applicants who haven't got their DM/AIPS yet.

Every application is different. BGC is done by third party so CIC has no control on that .It depends when third party finish their work.
