I can get it done for my Masters, but getting transcipts sent from my under-grad university in West Bengal is going to be time-consuming and difficult. Hence.
Do I need to send only highest qualification transcipts to ICES?

Thank you for the prompt response, Peacekeeper87, I shall get just my highest degree assessed,then. However, will ICES then take my undergraduate degree -- the transcripts of which I will not be sending -- into account too while making the assessment? According to the WES evaluation tool, my post-graduate degree in India is equivalent to a double-bachelors in Canada. So, if ICES takes just my post-graduate degree into account,will they at least evaluate it as a double-bachelors (if not masters)? Because I will not be able to get the CRS points I need to make the cut with a single bachelor's degree. Thanks in advance for your help.
You can request evaluation for your two degrees in case you dont want to run into risk of being under-evaluated. This will only add more time for you to get the documents in order.
What you can do is search through the forums for people with similar degrees as you and wither they have got their master's assessed as master's or not. If you haven't made the payment yet, I suggest you shift to WES as they do cover more universities/countries around the world and are known to have faster turnaround.
