File transferred to Local Office

Your ecas and mycic would show .in the ecas you must check the attachment for the pdf copy of the letter

For me, my file was transferred on March 05 as per IRCC agent & it was received by local office on March 11. But I didn't get any letter any email any updates. What this could mean?

Well it doesnt mean that if the file is transferred to a Local Vo is complex.
It is just a procedure I guess.

For Outland is normal I think. But maybe not for inland. I'm inland

Poorly trained Call Centre workers told you that because they do not have actual access to your file beyond the most surface information.

What the agent has told you would only be confirmed by mail or email depending on whether you link your application online or you opt out for paper mail.There is always a time lapse between when you received a mail or email and what agent has told you. To resolve this issue you can order your notes and then you would see what is happening to your file.

Agent told me File was transferred on March 5 & received by other office on March 11. So it’s already been quite a sometime now. Still no update whatsoever

If that is the case they would email you to check your account if you are using GCKeys.if not you must order your notes and the notes would show all correspondence in terms of outgoing and incoming mails
