File transferred to Local Office

The local office have their own way especially if your letter says they would finalize your application that means Mississauga has no hand in it anymore so it becomes the responsibility of the local office to request further information as and when they feel the need which eventually doesn't necessarily follow the processing time posted on the cic website.
If your file has not been transferred then it would be within the normal processing time. The additional document would be within the normal processing time .
Not surprising. When is the interview? Have you ordered a recent copy of your GCMS notes?
