No. I didn't get any email. Neither ecas nor mycic says anything about it. IRCC agent told me this.

Their email reply just said everything going smoothly and they have everything they need to make decision

THAnks. I already got additional docs request before. If they really have concerns on our relationship why they wouldn’t issue procedural fairness first?

File goes to the local office for further review first. Once that happens, they either decide they are good with the file and move ahead with processing it - or request further evidence or request an interview or issue the procedural fairness letter.

You would soon get an email to confirmed if your file has been transferred. That letter would state their reasons for transfer. It could either be further assessment in that case expect the local office to contact you which sometimes take long time depending on your personal circumstances or it could be a landing interview.You must order your notes and wait for your letter to know what to do.

If your sponsor has been approved before transfer, the sponsor would received a letter confirming that she or he has been approved before the transfer of PA file. The PA would then received a letter confirming whether the file has been transferred and the reasons for transfer. The sponsor would also be notified and so both would get the letter of transfer of PA file if the sponsor had already been approved

How long does it take to hear news reagarding to PR app and criminal rehabilitation app submitted together? Three months away from 2 years and no communication since applied.

If the email said that your file was transferred for "further assessment" then you can expect delays. From what you're saying it doesn't sound like that's what you got.
