Hello Friends,

I am very much upset.

I got my PR-Inland documents mailed back as incomplete after waiting for almost 3 months. The covering letter says that requirement of IRPA section 10 is not met. They have checked one of the bullets as:

You must submit following with your application:
- Schedule 4 requires an original signature (Economic Classes Provincial Nominees). As I just typed my full name.

I am advised that "your nominee certificate will expire on May 28, 2019 and if application is received prior to expiry date an extension will not be necessary.

What to do now? Please help.

Do I have to wait for 3 more months for AOR?

Your resubmitted application will be treated as a brand new application with all the resulting delays. Better get it right this time. Don't forget to check that new versions of the application forms have not been issued, as you should resubmit with the latest version of the forms.

By the way, it appears to be IRPR 10(1)(b)

Form and content of application

  • 10 (1) Subject to paragraphs 28(b) to (d) and 139(1)(b), an application under these Regulations shall
    • (a) be made in writing using the form, if any, provided by the Department or, in the case of an application for a declaration of relief under subsection 42.1(1) of the Act, by the Canada Border Services Agency;

    • (b) be signed by the applicant;

    • (c) include all information and documents required by these Regulations, as well as any other evidence required by the Act;

    • (d) be accompanied by evidence of payment of the applicable fee, if any, set out in these Regulations; and

    • (e) if there is an accompanying spouse or common-law partner, identify who is the principal applicant and who is the accompanying spouse or common-law partner.

Thank you very much for your reply.
:-( Do I have to pay again or the old receipt of payment will suffice? Any other suggestion for me.
Will the CIC people check my all documents again.Please share if you have any good new for me in lieu of my previous application.
Thanks

You have to attach the new payment receipt and sign in for ur missing part(ur officer already put yellow color sign in mark). If u don't have any changes, just send same documents asap. Then u r good. I hope, it helps.
