I have sent documents to Uni of Toronto for evaluation for my wife since we didnt have an option to get it sent directly by the university to WES. Its been over a month and so far they have only acknowledged that documents are received. Any one know how long does ECA take at Uni of Toronto?
I'm upgrading my report as I'm adding my Master's degree to my Bachelor's report, which was originally generated back in July 2016. My timeline is according to the following:

We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s). Status last updated: 3/7/2019

I think its common. Mine changed to the same status 3 times before finally getting a report.
I sent them a DM on twitter and this is what I got as a reply::

I got today the 3rd update and it is the same. How long did it take after the 3rd update to receive the report?
4-6 weeks to change your status after that, and then other 20 days to finally receive your pdf copy.

According to current trend, it is after the third one. That's what it is taking this year. I am also on the waiting ship. It's better you check exactly one month after the third update.

Nope. Yours should be due soon. Keep calm and wait.
By the way, what's your country of education? Maybe it's graduation time there and officials are busy with other stuff. So, they may have busy schedule for that verification thing.
