How to answer question #4 (about parent, guardian) on the citizenship application form (minors)?

I am the natural parent and I am filling out my child's application for citizenship. Please confirm whether the following way is the correct way to answer question #4.

Part a: The person applying for the child is the
Tick "Parent" and fill in the blank with my full name.

Part b: Is the child legally adopted?
Tick "No". Here lies my confusion. Given that I am the natural parent, what does the Yes/No answer even mean to this question? If I select "No", does it mean "not legal"? I don't see any "Not applicable" option either.

There is no N/A. Either the child is adopted or not, Yes or No.
