I'm going to go on a little rant here. I think all the people blaming WES for ruining their chances need to take responsibility for their own actions. Why didn't you submit your credentials to them sooner? Why aren't you trying to increase your score? Maybe you should look at the chance to immigrate to Canada as an opportunity you need to earn rather than something that should be handed to you at your convenience.

Yes, I am jealous of all the young folks who can get in easily when I have been on a 2.5 year journey that hasn't finished yet. But I have continued to work for it, and I will continue until I achieve my goal.
You cannot comment on the abilities of people, what history of struggle they have by guessing things..I would appreciate decorum while commenting on others.

I did not comment on individuals. I have been around here a lot longer than most people here, so I would appreciate you recognizing my struggle and history too.

All the posts blaming WES do not inspire hope.

Its quite easy to say "why didn't you do it sooner?", cause you don't know the story. Do you really think that people delay because they want to, and they are very careless and looking for hope at the same time ?
You should choose your words more carefully !!!
This is Ray of Hope forum, not show the mirror forum. What is done cannot be changed .... But you can give a person hope to look fwd rather than look back and repent !!!
I think that blaming others is pointless, and adds no hope.

Bumps in life happen to us all. It's how you act to overcome the difficulties that makes a difference.

Its your perception, that people are always blaming WES. may be some one is really blaming WES; or maybe someone is just telling the fact. Its really impossible to say who is who. So these comments should not be made, where situation is ambiguous, as you might push somebody away from hope. We all respect your struggle here, and we hope that everybody here clears this PR struggle.

Let me add a little perspective for you. More than 2 years ago, when my husband and I took the IELTS in the US, we were appalled by the horrible way the people running the test treated the test takers. My husband looked at me and said, "If we want to be Canadian, we have to be willing to put up with whatever it takes."

In my long history of posts here, I have tried very hard not to criticize CIC, ECA organizations, IELTS organizations, OINP, or anybody else that makes it possible for me to eventually become Canadian. My success or failure is ultimately up to me.

I have cheered on more people's efforts over 2.5 years than you can imagine. And I will continue to support everyone who is attempting to raise their score. But I don't have patience for people that blame others.

Mate, it's difficult to judge what everyone must be going through their lives!! Honestly, I don't think anybody would be delaying such an opportunity on purpose. There could be many personal reasons which forces them to make drastic changes in their life.

I read a post last year were, a 35 year old guy after struggling for nearly 2 years to improve his score finally got the ITA during a period when CRS score dropped it's lowest ever - 413. He was then at 415 but sadly he couldn't accept the ITA because his father had unfortunately fell extremely ill and he had to be by his side. He knew at that moment he will probably never get another ITA because he was going to drop points again in a few months and yet he rejected it, because his father needed him more. The man who was his biggest motivator and encouraged him throughout his painful 2 years journey.

The guy may have quit this forum for good as I have not seen him again since.

So what I am trying to say is, nobody on purpose delays such a wonderful opportunity. Unfortunate events happen all the time, so we do not know what people go through in their lives. The least we could do is atleast support them in their journey

I don't disagree. I could share many tales of unfair things happening to people during this journey. But the common thread among those that succeed is that we all kept working, rather than blaming someone else.

Totally agree. It all comes down to planning. One has to expect anything (additional documents, delays, higher than normal cutoff scores etc.) from all the organizations that you have listed. Instead of blaming the people working in these organizations one should review their strategies in order to obtain PR.

With the current state of events, I'm starting to wonder If I even stand a chance with my score of 441. I was so overconfident after looking at 2018 and now I'm kinda getting worried.
