WES ECA status on Hold

I am facing similar situation with Pune University and my status has changed from "on hold" -> "reviewing" -> "on hold" again and when I called WES they said that they are not happy with reply from Pune university and they did not verify my profile in correct manner. Moreover WES is not ready to tell what is wrong with verification and neither telling me email id to which they have send an email for verification.

Could you forward me the VDR email? What is the correct expected format?

Don't worry about knowing the email address since if WES have received reply from that email and not convinced then your university is replying from the correct email address. its only about the format of the reply now.

- If possible check with the university if they clearly mentioned that they have correctly mentioned that documents are verified and a signed copy from Registrar/Sub -registrar is included or not.

Mine is also the same. I am so worried what to do now. Did u tried reaching the University? Is there any update regarding this?

Since WES is more stringent now for Panjab Technical University verification...I can suggest you to apply with IQAS (another agency similar to WES) parallelly, it will take some time(25 weeks) but better chances (if money is not a problem).

I went to the university in person. They were not ready to send the reply mail as its not a part of their job. They denied. But your format was really helpful. After seeing it they considered my request. They have send a reply for the WES mail. Thanks a lot for your support.

I just got off the phone with someone from my university. Apparently, they are aware of the whole WES secondary evaluation thing and they have a proper process in place for it. I was told that they would get it done once they get the hard copies from Canada and I pay some fee online. They said that it usually takes 15 days to reach them.

Can someone guide me on the WES process as I am completely confused with the way they are handling my case.

Documents Submitted : 12-Nov-2018
After couple of on hold status for my MCA the status finally got changed to All documents reviewed and accepted on 14-Jan-2019.
On the same day the status got changed to:

Your evaluation is in progress. You are not required to do anything at this time.
Your evaluation is due for completion on 2/1/2019

Till 01-Feb-2019 nothing happened and now all of sudden today i.e. on 03-Feb-2019 the status has again changed to following:

We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s).
Status last updated: 2/3/2019

Can someone guide me what are these guys upto..

04th Feb 2019, WES status on-hold for secondary verification

Contacted University with numerous phone calls and email, and got an email from AU, that i need to pay 50USD for re-verification. Paid the fee on 24 Feb and sent the copy of receipt on their email and by speed post too.

On 5th March, i was informed, that they have scanned the copies of the required documents and sent it to WES. Dont know if they used email, or normal post as hard copy. Contacted WES and they said they have not yet received anything from the University.

This is process has now been almost 3 months. Really time consuming and frustrating. I sometime feel, it would have been better if i would have chosen some other ECA body.

Check for the tracking number. It would have been sent by post- Precisely India post. Mine was sent on March 1st. I could not trace any details after 5th March

Any one know how to approach aktu (uptu) University to get on hold status issue fixed.
