If you got divorced last year, ur marriage in 2016 is not valid. you would have to get married again.

what date did u tell them you got married? you may want to consult with a lawyer, and see what advice they give.
You aren't legally married, so your application will be refused. Have you lived together continuously for at least one year?
Yes we do. I thought that too it will be refused. I’m afraid me And kids send back home

You should withdraw your application immediately. Either reapply as common law or get married.
We can’t withdraw it. In progress now they start processing on feb 21st 2019
Then I suggest you contact IRCC urgently and ask them to process your app as common-law instead of married. You will need to submit proof of cohabitation. They may choose to process the app as common-law or they may still refuse it.
You also will need to contact your husband and see about filing for divorce. You actually both usually have to sign papers unless they can't find you. You can also initiate the divorce. Not sure your whole story but your timeline is quite fast to marry someone in the US then leave them but instead of returning home (it seems like you are still a citizen of the Philippines) you reconnected with someone you dated as a child and moved to Canada. Moved to Canada and got married to someone else in under 1 year. You also need to renew your passport if you haven't already. You mention kids. Do you have more than one child? You should make sure that at least they have emergency medical insurance but it would be best for you both to have coverage for the year until you get sponsored. It will only cover emergencies. Your Canadian child will have OHIP. Also assume you are paying off the cost of your medical care if you had a child in Ontario.

My problem here my first husband lied to me that he was submitted a divorce but he doesn’t
& I got married to my Canadian husband 2 years ago coz I thought I was divorce.
And last year I filed a divorce in Ontario I sent back in Washington to sign my ex husband and we are divorce here in Ontario. Sorry my English mess. Yes I’m a philipne citizen.
Then I divorce was final. We submitted a pr inland spousal August 2 2018 and I got my medical and last feb 21 2019 cic update my ECAS saying they started my application for eligibility.
I can’t sleepy at night I’m thinking my application my family my kids. I don’t want to leave them here if the enforcement force me to leave the country

Based on the information you have provided, you are not legally married which means your PR application is guaranteed to be refused. As others hav suggested, you need to contact the visa office as soon as possible to ask if they will change the application to a common law application. If the visa office will not or cannot change the application to common law, then you must withdraw the application and submit a new application as common law.
Send a case specific inquiry and simply ask if your application can be changed from married to common law. It will likely take several weeks before you have an answer.
