We also have same scenario where BGC started in GcKey when file was in Mississauga and then after 2 months file was transferred to NDVO. I think they are working based on when file was transferred to NDVO and if that is true then you might see an update very soon :)
This is BEST guess I made too Thanks

Hi everyone,

I got an e-mail which says:--
Starting March you will see a progress bar for your online application. The progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application. It will also give you an estimated completion date based on our latest estimated processing times.

Hey does that show in your esac? Or just GCKEY?

File submitted- March 28, 2018
Medical- May 11
Interview - January 23, 2019
Pre arrival letter- Feb 9, 2019
DM- Feb 27
PPR- March 4
Congrats ! :) but still it took almost a year total , should have been early , many cases we saw were dealt with by NDVO in 5 to 9 months

Hey guys,

I also received PPR yesterday. I would like to thank everyone for sharing experience and providing advice. And again, I pray that everyone gets good news soon.
Here is my timeline:

App receive May 7, 2018
AOR 1 and MED IN JULY
File transfer to NDVO in October and process started on October 8
Additional documents req: Nov 29 and submitted in January 2019
Pre-arrivals 15 January 2019
DM February 2
PPR: March 4, 2019

File transfer to NDVO in October and process started on October 8
Congrats here I see NDVO working as per file received dates and now working on OCT files received. Our files transferred in JAN so OCT to FEB = 5 months Hence JAN/FEB to + 5months = MAY/JUNE will be our turn if we are lucky. I am talking about ppl whose files moved mid JAN or so to NDVO ovrall 11 to 12 months total anyways !!

In other words if file moved is late for some reason it will be in a line up of NDVO, NOT in the original line up of SYDNEY comments?

Can do upfront medical. File moved to NDVO but no medical request yet.
No meds can be done when they send a msg on GCkeys with .pdf file. Doctors won't accept you without an order from VO

@singleman I think you are incorrect..NDVO is going by month application was received not by transfer date as I got confirmation from some people whose files transferred in Jan but were July applicants who just got PPR.
