Hi everyone!

I sent my wife’s application last dec. 9 and it was recieved yesterday dec 13, 2018. Actually, i moved to another apartment just this week, wondering how can i change my address in case they will send it back to me? Btw, In the application I used my past address.
Hello Sir,
Urgent please , I want to know what are the marriage required documents to file for spouse sponsorship. Me and my fiancé plans to marry soon . What documents do I have to provide myself and for her as sponsor and a citizen.

Just an update, I had one of my friends application transferred to CPC Mississauga first then they transferred to New Delhi after a month. This explains that CPC Mississauga still works on applications and then the Final Decision is from home Visa Office.

Definitely marriage certificate from the country of issuance. If you are married in a foreign country you must get that document certified translated as well if your document is in another language. You should have a certified translator translate official government issued documents like birth certificates, marriage certificates and police checks if they are not in English. Example: our marriage was registered in the Country of Costa Rica, we provided official verified document of authenticity and had it certified translated because it was in Spanish. Some translators can charge anywhere from $45 - $100 per page of translation FYI.

I didn't try to contact them, as we are using a consultant company and they are claiming that is normal, that we should receive it anytime. But I definitely will call tomorrow. Thank you for your words, this process is so long and difficult... And so frustrating....
I will let you know what they told me.
Hi @JessP , any updates?

I just was very surprised finding this https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/spousal-sponsorship.46995/page-2079#post-7631934

Actually, I got my application back for putting N/A here. I had to send it back in with last known emails or N/A if too young for an email and a detailed letter of explanation as to why I couldn't provide the emails.
So, apparently someone got an application returned just for putting N/A for an email in the IMM5406 form for parents/children. As stupid as it is. Since in our application we also put N/A for parents and siblings, I have a question to all of you: are there members here who put N/A for an email and whose application went smoothly? Well, I'm sure I'm not the only one, and even asking this question I feel stupid, but sometimes I can't really believe my eyes when reading what IRCC can do.

If this baffles you then definetly you have no idea of how incompetant IRCC is:)

I am sure they have different SOPs for different Agents!
