IQAS ECA timeline tracking

@CNP I mailed them...no reply...,tried calling....never ending hold....it is becoming really frustrating.... they have taken 3 weeks on final review... how can some organisation take more time in final review than assessing... its like revision is consuming more time than first reading...

I guess you should wait for 1 more week and then contact them.

And if there is an urgency due to dropping of CRS or any other factor, then you should contact them.
IQAS generally replies on 2-3 days. I filled the contact form twice and they replied. But that was 3-4 months back. So not sure.

as many of us stuck at final review from last 3 weeks ,I think its a strategy of IQAS , as due to delay in processing many of the applicants started withdrawing their applications from iqas and claims refund , so by changing status they give us lolipop ,

Anyhow they did not cross their timeline of 15-20 weeks.

I understand they are not working properly but yet their ECA report will be worth to wait. Atleast for me, if I get masters..

I agree. Don't see any logic when you have already assessed the credentials and taking so long just to validate the results.

I raised a contact form yesterday to bring to their notice the abnormal behavior of website/status. Not expecting a reply though . I hope both of us receive desired evaluations and our patience pays off. Fingers crossed

@CNP I have never called IQAS. Yes, e-mailed them for acknowledging ie AOR and after that I take a back seat cuz I cant do much but trust them. What I have seen in my case is that now IQAS is taking weeks on final review status than on assessment and earlier they were completing assessment in few days on final review status.

It's been a week now I am on final review and waiting for my second application.

AOR 1 & 2 received - 12/02/2019 - It's has been In Line for Processing since then. Any idea how long it will take to receive eca soft copy from this stage..?

You will receive an update in May or June.

It is too long as it will take almost 9 months but IQAS says that maximum processing time is 18 weeks that is around 4 to 5 months

It says 20 weeks after AoR... And they take 2-2.5 months for AoR.. So consider it 28-30 weeks once delivered....

Which is like 7-8 months

Application Date: Oct 17, 2018
Mailed documents: Oct 30, 2018
Transcripts received by IQAS per courier: Nov 1, 2018
AOR1 : Jan 16, 2019
AOR2 : Jan 24, 2019
Status of Assessing/On-hold: Feb 28, 2019 - awaiting additional documents. I just sent the missing document via email as per instruction.

My colleague with this same timeline is now "Assessing".

ButallB replies shows that final review status update around one and half month after getting AOR.. so it may be possible April mid the whole process be done.

I applied IQAS assessment service on Dec 22nd 2018 and my courier service delivered them on 5th of Jan 2019. The web login as per today says "submitted", when I called them they said that it has not been yet entered into the system (not received by them). What should I do? It has been 2 months now. All my universities has sent the certificates also
