I guess you should wait for 1 more week and then contact them.

And if there is an urgency due to dropping of CRS or any other factor, then you should contact them.
IQAS generally replies on 2-3 days. I filled the contact form twice and they replied. But that was 3-4 months back. So not sure.

Anyhow they did not cross their timeline of 15-20 weeks.

I understand they are not working properly but yet their ECA report will be worth to wait. Atleast for me, if I get masters.. :D:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I agree. Don't see any logic when you have already assessed the credentials and taking so long just to validate the results.

I raised a contact form yesterday to bring to their notice the abnormal behavior of website/status. Not expecting a reply though :p. I hope both of us receive desired evaluations and our patience pays off. Fingers crossed

@CNP I have never called IQAS. Yes, e-mailed them for acknowledging ie AOR and after that I take a back seat cuz I cant do much but trust them. What I have seen in my case is that now IQAS is taking weeks on final review status than on assessment and earlier they were completing assessment in few days on final review status.

It's been a week now I am on final review and waiting for my second application.

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie on this thread, just want to ask regarding my IQAS status. As of the moment, my IQAS status is Assessing but while reading some of the latest threads, most of the application status are now in Final Review.

Is it normal that until now my application status is Assessing?

Here's the updated timeline of my application:

October 21: Sent my documents through delivery courier to IQAS main office

October 29: My institution sent my documents to IQAS main office

January 4: Received my AOR1
January 17: Received my AOR2

February 15: My application status changed to Assessing

As of today (2/27/2019): No changes on my application status

Nov and Dec AoR people are in Final Review. You are good so far.

Application submitted - 09/11/2018
Documents received by IQAS -20/11/2018
AOR 1 & 2 received - 12/02/2019 - It's has been In Line for Processing since then. Any idea how long it will take to receive eca soft copy from this stage..?

Here's some progress: They started looking into my documents.

Application Date: Oct 17, 2018
Mailed documents: Oct 30, 2018
Transcripts received by IQAS per courier: Nov 1, 2018
AOR1 : Jan 16, 2019
AOR2 : Jan 24, 2019
Status of Assessing/On-hold: Feb 28, 2019 - awaiting additional documents. I just sent the missing document via email as per instruction.

My colleague with this same timeline is now "Assessing".

Hi

I applied IQAS assessment service on Dec 22nd 2018 and my courier service delivered them on 5th of Jan 2019. The web login as per today says "submitted", when I called them they said that it has not been yet entered into the system (not received by them). What should I do? It has been 2 months now. All my universities has sent the certificates also
