I got the mail after 5 days of the status in ECAS.

What is AOR basically?

How can I check if my application has been received?
If we begin to process your application, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt (AOR) letter or email with an application number.

Got a question for test date, is this given by cic, or we get chance to select. I have some travel plans in may, so wanted to know how does test dates go.
