Hello y’all, I have a question, so I received my AOR on 28th January, in the email even though they stated that find attachment below, but, I don’t see any PDF file that being attached with the email that I received.

My question is if the PDF important in the future?

PS: I have the access to ECAS.

There should be an attachment could u check on diff device? Anyways it is not important and not needed for future reference.

2. do not listen all the recordings. Dial the sequence that gets you to an agent and puts you in line. If unsuccessful just try again after a minute.
3. while lined-up, turn on a loud speaker while waiting and proceed to your normal duties.

(*) wait time is usually around 10 minutes. Not enough to visit a female neighbor.
