no negative impact.

No ref letter on letter head
Then Letter from colleague or Letter from manager or affidavit-self declaration = all are equal.

I provided same, only self declaration, and my friend as well.

I provided documentation I used for my H1B in my company.
My didnt provided only offer letter, appriasal letter and sal slips.

It works, if you are not from IT background then try to provide more documentation to support your duties.
Hello,
I wanted to know, if there are two colleagues willing to sign , do i have to make two letters with job duties and their statements, or just one letter with both signatures.
Thanks

Yes, it won't hurt.
Thanks. In the employment records section, I noticed it says this word by word ---

"You must provide proof of work experience for your current job and for each past position you listed. Proof must include a reference letter from your employer and pay stubs, if you have them. The reference letter must..."

So, if we do not include current employment in the employment records, won't it be perceived as disobeying the instructions? They have categorically asked us to provide data for current employment.

I went through Y axis. But I had to upload the below documents post submitting my application.
1. The bank letter was not good, even though they said "It's fine". So had to upload a new letter along with 6 months statement
2. They did not mention about gift deed, if we receive money from family or friends. So had to get the gift deed and upload them separately
3. LOE for not getting the experience letters on company letter heads was not mentioned by them. So now I have to upload a LOE stating why I could not get them on the letter head.
What stage is your application at? What was your NOC?

Hi all

I have a strange problem. I do not have any salary slips or account statements to show my past work experience since the schools I was working in, paid me in cash and that time I didn't seem to bother.
I only have experience letters as proof that I worked in those schools. Since the schools were new, they hadn't yet been affiliated with CBSE then. (Now they have been affiliated)
Will my experience be counted in this case?
Will the experience letters suffice the requirement?

Nothing to worry at all, please get a reference letter from your school mentioning your duties and that you were a permanent and paid employee. Also, you can ask them to mention your work hours per week.

Thanks. I surely can ask them to do so. Is there a format for the experience letters as expected by Canada CIC which I can use so as to not miss out any specification? Also does the status of school affiliation at the time I was employed with them matter?

Please check the cic website to get the format of the reference letter. School affiliation should not be a problem.

Hi guys,
I have 6.5 years in previous company and 2.5 in present company. I understand I can claim all points based on my previous company experience. But should I need to add up my present company experience as well while filling EE profile? Or should i just say total work ex as 6.5 years? Because reference letter from my previous company I can get it but difficult to get it from my present company. Please help.

Hey yes it worked for me. I got my PR in Apr (AOR Dec). submitted self attested reference letter, LOE and every employment proof i could gather- salary slips, confirmation letter, employment letter, tax filing etc

Hi,
I worked in India for one year in a Hosopital as a staff nurse. I do have the reference letter but does not contain my monthly salary and job duties. I asked the manager to provide the requested one but there is no response of my emails. I think he does not wanna provide or will provide it very late.
Do not know what to do? I claimed my points using this exp along with other jobs.
