I am sponsoring him as my common-law partner, and he is currently residing in Philippines. In-process po ang kanyang annulment.

Common-law po ba ang dapat nyang ilagay sa question 13a ng form IMM0008 and then my name sa 13c?

And since hindi pa annulled ang kasal nya, ano pong To Date ang dapat ilagay sa question 14d? Yun po ba yung kung kalian nag breakdown ang marriage and they live separately?

We applied for my wife and one of our daughters, (other 2 children are already dual citizens, Philippines/Canadian), for PR on May 02, 2018. IRCC didn't acknowledge application until July 10, 2018. At same time requested medical. July 11, 2018 sponsorship approved. In August acknowledged medical received. On Oct 05, 2018 wife invited to job expo. On Oct 12, 2018 wife received Pre-arrival letter. Since then nothing. As of today, Feb 19, 2019, we have heard nothing. From what I have read throughout the thread, this seems like a long time. Any other info out there would be appreciated. Thanks.

Same here, my children received pre-arrival letter on Sept.2018, no update since then.
