Where to get Digital photo for express entry

Hello Friends,

Can anybody help me finding a place to get a digital photo in Washington, D.C.? Would the picture of passport photo taken at CVS work? Very confused, any help is highly appreciated!

You can take the photos at CVS, Walgreens or even at home. You can then scan the photo and adjust in any photo software. It's very easy. Also, they are not very particular about digital photos. I have never seen a single rejection due to digital photos.
