The only way to contact winnipeg is through cse as they dont have an email. I ordered gcms notes to know where my file was stuck. Have u ordered notes to see where u are still stuck??

I ordered GCMS last month before the ghost update. when i called CIC last week, they said file is approved and to wait for PPR email. Still haven't got the ordered GCMS.

I don't get why you would email Ottawa and New Delhi if your application is in Winnipeg.
