Hey we gave biometrics today like 6 hours ago and now it seems as completed in our profile.

IRCC is usually very slow to update your EE profile page; in many cases people don't see an update to their eligibility or their final decision long after they have received their PPR or even CoPR. Was this the "change" you were expecting to see?

You still didn't answer: Do you have a PPR? If so, congratulations! Please share your full timeline here so we can all benefit from your application experience.

Thanks for your help.I am not expecting you to be lawyers or consultants.I just needed some help.I received a request in email from CIC to submit the passport.But i didnt see any change in the application.SO my question was does the application undergo any change when we receive this email from CIC

Maybe that's the PPR email that u just received. Would b best to screenshot it, hide ur personal details so we can see what it is all abt. Ur profile details will be updated when u get ur copr

Great, congratulations! I'm guessing you're either CEC-Inland or PNP-Inland? Nationality: India? Did you ever see an IP2 or a ghost update between your IP1 and PPR?

There are some time restrictions as well right? Like we have to call between 8AM and 4PM Canadian Time?

@derkdsou already mentioned my explanation of it being open Ottawa time 7am to 7pm, but I wanted to explain why. You correctly found the 8-4 time, but that's 8-4 in all Canadian time zones. When you're calling from inside Canada, they use caller ID to determine your time zone and limit your ability to call to that time based on your originating time zone. Since Canada has a bunch of time zones, 8-4 in each time zone equates to 7-7 Ottawa time.

Status went to "we are processing background.... "same day as MEP.
Did not get any update afterwards,not even a ghost update until this morning when i received PPR email.

I received a "How to find a job in Canada" this morning. I received an email to notify me about the same. Is there any significance of this message at this stage as I already received this message when I submitted my express entry profile in November? Has anyone else received this message today?

Same timeline. Not sure if that email holds any significance or maybe its letting you know be prepared

1. There's nothing like caller ID block part..
   
   Just install hangout app + hangout dialer app..
   
   You'll be able to see dial pad after installing both apps..
   
   Dial +1-613-944-4000 then press 1..1..1
   
   You'll be in immigration section
   
   Then press 2..1..1..0
   
   You'll be put in queue and wait for that duration and agent will pick up the call..
   
   He or she will ask you what info you need..
   
   Ask them about Visa office - medical status - eligibility status - criminality & security status..
   
   Agent will ask your application number & few questions like date of birth, address etc.. give it and wait till he or she checks the application..
   
   Detailed answer will be provided to you.
   
   PS: This depends on agent as well
