Just call the appeal office and ask them and they can tell you how long it will take to get a full hearing cause that’s what I did and they told me exactly how many months leave for my hearing

Can also involve mp office. They can call on your behalf. Nothing else.

My file is in Ottawa and I submit all documents like pcc forms medical on 27 January 2019 but still it’s shows on gckey that documents require while the medical they show it’s passed
I want to know that how much time they take more to finish

File was processed in Ghana. Timeline is in my profile. We had a delay because they requested additional medical testing for which the results weren’t available for 8 weeks and then had to follow up with another chest X-ray. Passport has been in their possession since early December.

Did anyone receive their GCMS notes and find that the notes by the visa officer(s) were complete lies. I am not talking about 2 or 3 incorrect exchanges, but I am talking about all of the notes being fabricated. My husband's interview was in mid- October and there were no notes put in until mid-December and they weren't even by the officer who interviewed my husband (think it must have been his supervisor). They didn't even have the date of the interview on them and they were done in question and answer format like maybe they are trying to say they called him on the phone. I sent them to my lawyer - but WOW!
