Not sure. I empathize for those who didn't get selected but they selected more applicants than they needed to try to hit 20,000 applicants. You would have to run another FIFO application.
I do not disagree with you. And I am happy for those who will get an Invite too. You are absolutely right and we all know that they selected more than 20000. But they never asked for proof of Income. So,how do we know that all the 20000-27000 are eligible candidates?
Few examples you can find it on this forum. Guys telling that they got confirmations and asking if it is okay that they are only $200 short of Minimum Income Required.

Awesome, The other forum was filled with lot of irrelevant information. Please guys, either share information about documents that we can all gather prior to the invitations or just talk about difficulties while filling the forms.
For example: Parents marriage certificates( You should pre arrange this document in advance because arranging this particular document does take a long time if your parents doesnt have it.
Secondly: You should have all forms filled out in advance, i know those are 2018 forms but you can have all the information handy and would save time filling out 2019 forms.

Just advise.

You can easily find that kind of info in the FIFO thread. That thread is specific for people who got the Confirmations and are filling the 2018 forms for practice.

No, its a 2019 forum. PGP 2019 FIFO.
2019 forms are not out yet. People are using 2018 forms just for practice. And preparing for the documents as requested. Sorry, for the misunderstanding.
For your question to the MomDads Marriage Certificate: if dont have one, get an affidavit signed by both and atleast 2 witnesses who attended their marriage.

Exactly. that is what i said in my post. I advised people to arrange this document in advance so that they dont have to wait for this document after they receive invitation. This is just about preparing for documents.
People can discuss this in this forum and they can definitely fill up the old 2018 forms ( i didnt tell to prepare those forms for submission), Just fill up the forms and have information ready so that when 2019 forms are OUT, you would have information to fill up in those forms.

I exactly said the same thing in my last post that you just said above.

Thanks a lot. This information was very helpful. Still, 2019 FIFO forum is worth visiting. Lots of good info, if you have the Confirmation email.

Sorry to know about your loss of job.
How are you planning to arive at $$$ without job? Find a job asap, i suggest. EI which government giving you is going to run out before your application is even midway. And then IRCC is sending you a request for proof of income.
Look hard for job. Whatever you find, take it. Good luck.

I don’t think IRCC but MIDI will ask proof of income for Quebec.

I am looking for a job every day, I work until December 2018, my income 2018 and my husband almost double what is required $$$$$, I lost my job because I did not speak English and I thought I would study it for 6 months and then find a better job. My husband's income is superior to what the government asks for. in this situation it could be accepted as sponsor

Eligibility based on LICO requirements will only be determined after application submission & payment is done (because they never asked for any proof of income in the interest form) and this may take a while.

First, they need to eliminate duplicate forms and see if they have 20,000 out of 27,000. If yes, then there wont be any second round. If no, then there might be another round soon.

Later, If applications are rejected after submission based on LICO cutoff or anything else, then at some point later this year they can hold another round. So, sooner they erase the duplicates and send invites to apply, it ll be better for others who didnt make it.
