Same for me too, I'm HIV positive since 2007 (Brit) and been sponsor by my lovely Canadian wife (HIV negative). I'm August applicant.

I had an interview in August 2017 and had to sign the document authorising them to inform my wife.

No there is a 99% chance of no transmission

I got my AOR and also hv gone for medicals which I also hv a note from my doctor saying am health and taking my medications just to show am on track with my health just waiting for my open work permit now

I am done with my medical accordig to the doctor. So its up to CIC now whats their next decision. I am hoping for the best.

Do you have to wait another 60 days and wait for your interview since you were Hiv positive in the medical? did you sign any paper with post-test counselling to HIV-positive applicants with your panel doctor? wow! good to hear that.. Can you Please keep us updated at least we had an idea. Really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

I apply May 2018 and was asked for Medical July 2018. Doctors ask me to sign a letter about my condition August 2018, I need to go back October 2018 for sputum test for suspected TB fron my XRAY, need to go back again January 2019 for another XRAY but was cleared negative and told by the doctor to wait for the Email from CIC. I hope its not a long wait.

I dnt think you should worry much honestly I was so worried but I just went with the flow and everything turned out fine thanks to God

I worry about his medical condition. he hasn't done some hepatitis test and sputum. my husband was sick last 2017 because of pneumonia. but now he is fine. his cd4 goes up to normal now.
