In my case yes. my spouse is here already. it may took 11 months but its ok.

4 months.. he did his medical march 14, 2019 then July 8 medical passed

I was sponsored as a Family class. I had my MR request last Feb 28 and I had done my medical on March 14. They send me an email for the additional test because of my medical history of having TB last 2017. I had done my Sputum test last week. I also received my Bio letter on March 30 and did the...

no.. they will still continue to process your papers and biometrics. same with my application. I did everything already including biometrics the only pending is the medical and the result for sputum will be on June.

are you familiar with Excessive Demand Exempt (EDE)? how will they determine the grading? An A if your healthy and B if you have abnormal findings?

I was a little bit worried because I got grading B on my medical.. are you familiar with EDE (Excessive Demand Exempt)?

How about if your positive HIV already and you apply for the spousal application and have grading b in your medical. do you think I can pass the medical?
