Hi guys,

I have a work permit and I am working in Canada now, I want to apply for a visitor visa for my parents (not super visa, just normal visitor visa), I want to be their representative and I will fill all forms, I have some questions about being a representative:

1) Should I apply for them through my personal "cic" account or I should create an account under their name and apply on their behalf?
2) There are two forms in checklist about representative: "imm5476e" and "IMM5713E", should I fill both of them?
3) As I don't have PR yet, can I write an invitation letter for them? and should I bring the invitation to Notary Public?

Thanks.

Hi guys,

You cannot host them for super visas because you're not a PR/citizen.

New account

2) There are two forms in checklist about representative: "imm5476e" and "IMM5713E", should I fill both of them?
IMM 5476 (Use of representative)

3) As I don't have PR yet, can I write an invitation letter for them? and should I bring the invitation to Notary Public?
Yes, you can invite them. Do check with their local visa office about the notarization

So it means that I am helping them and I have access to their account, right?
That's right. If one of your parents would like to be a representative then the other parent must fill the IMM5713 form.

as I want to apply for both of them under one application, should I fill two IMM5476, one for each?
If you're the rep then yes, IMM 5476 from each parent
