Out of status- CBSA visit. Exclusion order..help!!

The officer left my husband , came back and said she's not too sure about speeding up app but will look into it. She also said,,i dont know what u heard or where u heard it, but ur prra app has been suspended until a decision has been made on sponsorship. Hubby went in talking to her upset and worried and she saw this. She told him she hoped she made him feel better and to continue to sign in and behave and he should be fine.

I cant believe the officer in Mississauga at PRRA interview told us no. More than once too and had us all stressed out and worried for so long. Especially after hearing app was transfered. I knew she was talking crap saying they DONT wait but i figured we had no choice but to accept what she said as she was who we had to deal with.

Such a relief. Now the next stess...interview ..ughhh lol

I hope this week you will hear something. Every officer at the Mississauga CBSA office says something different. There is no consistency at ALL

We got DM on both sides and my husband received AIP yesterday ,but I haven't received SA yet. Is there anything to worry about? I want to celebrate since its huge thing for us, we were so worried as my husband was out of status when we applied . But , in my heart am still little scared till we receive DM letter. Are we good?

I believe the SA letter will come any second now. For some reason, AIP and SA letters don't always come on the same date

congratulations.did they ask for a relationship interview in his AIP since he is out of status?

And, we were together for 4 years and then we got married, it make sense that its not marriage of convenience. Also, as per my understanding, if you are just out of status and never under radar of CBSA and nothing like that and your relationship is genuine and together for quite a period. It is very unlikely that it will come to relationship interview . Anyways, all the best if your file is still pending.

Thankyou.PA is out of status.dunno what u mean by being on radar.anyway,received SA on Friday but didn't get the AIP for PA.we r in a genuine relationship.got married after 1yr of dating and have a child.praying for AIP

I cant believe I am saying this but we got APPROVED IN PRINCIPLE. it hasn't even been 3 months yet since our app was received.

Based on my personal case, my spouse is out of status and he was reporting monthly to CBSA. however I hope this post gives people hope, we are in shock we received a good decision.
