The reasons were she answered too vaguely and it didn’t seem sure of some of the questions.
The biggest one was why we got married the first time we met, which was probably are biggest mistake.
Yeah, that was a big mistake.

Best option is to go live with her in the Dominican for awhile and then reapply.

Yeah I will have to do that.Hopefully I get better from my back injury so I can go see her.
I’m balling my eyes out thinking about this.

What is the relationship history? When and how did you meet? How much time have you actually spent together in person? What are your ages/religions/education levels? What language do you communicate in and how proficiently are you both?

We met on latinamerucancupid.con back in 2015,we talked for awhile and months later we got into a long distance relationship. We talked for a year and some months and in May 2017 I went to see her and decided to get married.I spent 2 weeks with her.I visited her again in May 2018 and spent 2 weeks with her again.
We are both Christian or believe in God,I am 34 and she is 23.
She finished high school and so did I.
We both communicate in Spanish when we speak to each other or write.

With marriage on the first visit and only 4 weeks together in person over the course of the relationship, you were almost guaranteed to be refused. As I said, your best bet is to go live with her for awhile.

Common law is 365 consecutive days with no significant breaks in a marriage like relationship.

Then why are you asking how many weeks you have to live together? It's irrelevant if you're married.

Because canuck_in_uk said to Dave, With marriage on the first visit and only 4 weeks together in person over the course of the relationship, you were almost guaranteed to be refused.

So what is the good amount of weeks togther to not get refuse?

There is no magic number, but if you've only been physically together for 4 weeks since Dec 2016, then that is definitely not enough time spent together as a couple. This was clear on her interview as she was probably not able to answer questions about the relationship due to the fact that you need more time together. Or maybe there was something else the officer caught.

Yes thats for sure,
And its a lot of red flags in that case, Age, website where they meet, time spend together, marriage on first meet etc

I think your case is much different You met with your fiance 4 times before deciding to get married. You also to have spent much more time with your wife.
