Last time my cholesterol was high .. doctor told me that Iam very lean and it could be because of stress also .. does this cause my application to get rejected ??

Your application will be not rejected because of high cholesterol..
Unless your high cholesterol ends up showing cardiac blockages due to plaque that require intervention or that it is due to a larger medical issue you won't be rejected. Would be discussing whether you should be on a statin with your doctor.
