When you choose the country you would like to do medical exam, it will give you the list of Panel Physicians approved by IRCC. You can pick anyone that is more convenient.

Hello Guys, I need help, My grandmother got divorce and had a kid with old husband (my mother) and remarried and had another kid, Now My mom's passport still shows old grand dad's name , Now my grand mother also died and old grand dad also died but my step grandfather still alive and he just have marriage certificate but no divorce paper as that happened in 60s , Can anyone please help me as I am filling form now, what kind of documents should I need to prove my step grand parents relationship with my mom .

Your advice is greatly appreciated.

Hello All,
I am 2nd round applicant and on Jan 08, 2019, they started to process my application ( Status changed to in process for both Sponsor and applicant). Also they sent out an email asking for my dad's death certificate. I sent that out on Jan 11, 2019. But it still shows in ecas and online that they need additional documents. They have confirmed that they have received the document. I saw for some people of 2nd round already got sponsor approval. Any idea, how long normally do they need to change that status ( still showing need additional documents). Please share your experience.

I got a headache reading your question!

Basically, your question is how your mom can provide your grandparents' marriage certificate.

Are you sponsoring your grandparents or your parents? If you are sponsoring your mom, you do not need to provide grandparents' marriage certificate. You only need to show your parents' marriage certificate unless CIC changed it in 2019 PGP. I do not see the relevance in providing your grandparents' marriage certificate, as you are only expected to provide evidence that you are indeed sponsoring your parents.

If CIC insists on getting your grandparents' marriage certificate, write a letter or sworn statement at a notary public explaining why you cannot provide grandparents' marriage certificate.

Parents also did medical back in march 2018. How do I use that medical for this application? do i simply take the imee from cic website and resubmit to PR application?

CIC already have that medical result in their systems. You do not submit medical results to CIC, panel physicians do that for you.

They increased their fees ! Not sure to the parents but to the spousal they said 11k right now!

Wow! I'm glad my wife had provincial medical insurance when she did her medical. Once you get first stage approval, your spouse should be able to access provincial heal care. My parents did their medical in my old country and it costs USD$360. That seems really cheap compared to medical here!

you must be receiving some missing doc request recently, either by mail or email (junk mail).. there's same msg to me for requesting death certificate.

I see, its from sponsorship section. they always send me through email, don't know why did not receive email this time.
