Hi,

I would like to know, ON BASIS OF ESTIMATE, If my application didn't get rejected in 30 days after eAOR, is there a reasonable chance that there won't be any rejection in future?

I am still waiting for MEDICAL PASS.

Please advise.

Thanks

Not guaranteed as R10 eligibility check is done during IP1. Only if you go to IP2, you'll know for sure that you submitted all the documents they need.

You can still get rejected if they find other issues like misrepresentation etc. This happens during IP2.

Ok, so that means If I am currently in IP20 status, means they are SATISFIED with all the documents I have submitted to them i.e. all documents meet the immigration requirements?

Would be very relieved to hear your reply.
No. Once your medicals are passed and you receive an email that your profile is updated, that is generally an indication that R10 is passed. Rejections can still happen even after months of AOR if they find issues with your eligibility and/or other factors.
IP1 and 2 hold no significance anymore.

@assadniazi , follow what @Shahanastar said. Don't follow that thread, it's obsolete.

Hi,

I got my medical passed yesterday and today I have submitted my Biometrics. The status for biometrics shows COMPLETED now.

Can you please tell me:

1) Will I receive only email now, next for PPR or would my online portal on CIC contain an update about that also ? My friend said that I will only receive an email and not a message on CIC portal.

2) Chances for rejection NOW ?

3) How much to wait for PPR now ?

Thank you
