What do you mean by 2nd part of PRRA is being sent?
You have 15 days to submit the actual application and then another 15 days after that to submit supporting documents to back up ur app. Yes that was me. CiC said as far as they could guess file was transfered for work share. Notes said TFR- Eligibility. I was worried cuz didnt know what TFR meant. Was wondering if had something to do with Further Review lol. But now I'm being told its just simply short for transfer

Yes ur correct. I actually just got a change on ecas right now. DM on my side (sponsor). Says they sent correspondence Feb 1st but i didnt get any. Torture lol. I had some concerns about my ability to sponsor and now its killing me what the decision was
It sounds like a good sign that the DM on sponsor is SA as if it wasn't then what would be the point on having your file transferred. The only thing that worries me is the response you received from the CIC agent which is different from your notes. I also belong to a March inland whatsapp group. There is a person who received DM on sponsor and the file was transferred. We thought it was transferred to make her landing interview easier as it is closer to her residence instead of Etobicoke. She also called CIC and the agent said its just for file sharing and there is no notes on her file to be considered to see if she wishes to order them. A week and a half later she received a letter stating that her file is subject to a relationship interview and proof is needed. I say this to say that do not believe or rely on the words of the agent as I am suspecting they are order not to say specifics and just give generic answers.
Oh trust me. I know and agree with what ur saying. I’m half expecting that letter too. Although im praying it doesn’t happen, I’m not counting it out. I’m not worried about the actual interview cuz my relationship is as real as it can get. Im more worried about it delaying the process cuz we don’t have a lot of time to play with since we are involved with CBSA. But GCMS notes didn’t have any mention either of needing further review. Just said it was transferred. Reason..Eligibility. But that’s exactly what work they been sharing. The eligibility process. So I’m holding onto hope lol
You dont need a lawyer, they would do NOTHING to accelerate the application. Have you tried contacting your MP?We would love to have a lawyer but we don't have the funds to do so. Sadly all the other options I tried did nothing, they did give us a timeline though and according to them it was a year counting from the day the application was sent to our local office, due date is in April. So yeah, imagine the frustration right now, luckily my wife and I keep busy all the time which is good. Thanks for your help
That's what I've heard. Yes I contacted the MP. I have used all the options and none of them have done anything for us.
I see. I guess they take long to process a final decision for those who are under removal order. Strange thing is that you didnt receive AIP yet. Right?
