Is there anyone who knows that if we apply for extension to reply to procedural fairness letter that we got for medical inadmissibility, how much more time we get. I mean how many more months we get to reply.
if you can't meet IRCC deadline.....you need to contact IRCC via webform, email, etc to as for more time.....but if more will be granted depends on the visa office and don't think anybody could say..

Thanks for replying. In the letter that I got it did say that if we need more time, we will be given more time after requesting same. I was just wondering if they give one more month to everyone or it can be a more than a month depending on visa officer.
it could be one month or more.....depends on the case and the visa office.....you need to explain why you need more time and possible provide proof why you need more time.......the visa office will assess and decide.

Do you know what is medical surveillance notice. We got it today requesting us to go for follow up, but after searching on forum what I understood is people they get that letter after approval. We didn’t get approval yet. Do you know what is happening
