Hi All,
I am new to this thread. I submitted my EE profile on Jan 29th under FSW. I have CRS of 410 with 2 years experience and IELTS 8 overall. I am expecting NOI from OINP under HCp. Could anyone please tell me if I may get NOI? if so, how long could it take -considering the preference is now given to French speaking and those with job offer?

Last year the min score for general HCP draw without job offer or french was 433.. no one can predict how oinp selects.. if you get one, you are very lucky..

hello guys, Am i eligible for Express entry with +2 ( Secondary school) and canadian diploma of 2 years and one year of work experience under NOC-B Job ( Same field of study and Job) . or How can i apply my PR under OINP?

I'm afraid you are not eligible for oinp as one of the primary criteria they have set is bachelor's minimum.. What does your Wes report summary tell? If equivalency is bachelor's, you are eligible.. but still you can't apply.. oinp will invite you if you are lucky..

Not yet, i would wait for nomination. We dont need it for OINP correct?

When did you get your noi may I ask? Also what is your CRS? If you had got the invite in Jan 14th draw, you would have got direct ITA on Jan 30th as cutoff was 438..

Im in the same boat! I was in DIP 6 days after submition but Im still waiting for nomination

My lawyer said i am not eligible for Express entry, but eligible for PNP.

Lawyer or consultant? By the way did you ask which province PNP you are eligible? Most of the PNP requires EE profile.. there are very few programs outside the EE, but most of them are with job offers or studyin Canada or in demand skills ( Saskatchewan , NS)..

In my case score was 439 and got NOI on 14-Jan. Lost 5 points on 20-Jan due to birthday, hence no direct ITA on 30-Jan. I know one more case where he received NOI on 14-Jan and birthday was 15-Jan, so going ahead with OINP.

Yeah it will help all those ppl with case similar to yours..you guys on 439 are the most lucky ones.. I heard not all 439 got noi.. it's really sad for someone who was on 439 but didn't receive noi and lost points before Jan 30th draw..The whole program is like a unpredictable gambling game..

Yeah especially bordor cases have bitter-sweet experiences.

Okay. Do you think if I increased my IELTS score that is already 8 to maybe 8.5 or above - which would increase 6 points in CRS - would make any difference?

Looks like you have 2 years of experience as of now.. one you complete 3 years and also max out IELTS (clb 10), you will have a chance of direct ITA itself.. Also you can consider doing an one year pg diploma course in the meantime..

Answer for the 2nd part of your question, most of them are inland who are already working on internal company transfer or open work permits.. very few lucky ones 0.001 % can secure a job from outside of Canada without PR.

MY CLB in IELTS is 7 and my CRS is 367

i have work experience of 10+ with NOC 4163 and 2172 which comes under category A and i have masters which is approved by WES

i am thinking of applying for FSW under Express Entry and also applying for OINP program. what is your opinion on this and what are the chances of getting an ITA.??

Also once i enter into the express entry pool with OINP nomination and later if i improve my scores in IELTS can i again re create my profile with latest score which basically helps in improving my CRS score ??

## you can't apply to oinp. They will select you and for that you need to create an EE profile first.. if you are eligible for FSW, go ahead and create a profile.. you never know with Ontario.. in 2017, they invited folks with CRS 350+ without job offer for ICT streams..in the meantime if your IELTS score changes, you can update anytime..

## once you get nomination, you will have enough points for ita in the subsequent federal draw since 600 points will be added to your CRS..
