Great, good luck! According to website it is 60-90 days, but i have read a post about file is in DIP within a week of submission, Also i know people got nominated in 20 days. But lets see for us

I see nobody here in HCP stream thread talking about January 30ths ITA with cut-off of 438. Since last draw for HCP was 439+, did you guys not receive DIRECT invites ? Aren't you already fit to ho ahead without OINP ?

If answers to above are yes, then does it mean, OINP would have to consider HCP draw of Jan. 14 as partially useless?

Also in general, what happens to OINP's target for 2019. They said it would be around 6000+. Now with conflicting draws, most slots for OINP could go in as empty, do they reset this based on actual confirmed applications ?

We cannot predict OINP that's why it is not being discussed as much. For all we know, the first general draw will be the last general draw for the year and from here on HCP with job offer and/or french language will be prioritised moving forward. We can only wait what they will try to do.
