Hi everyone I am new memeber. Before few week i was applied for student visa from iraq .
Today I received auto email from offlical website IMM 5825 is that mean i will receive visa surly ?????

Hello, so this biometrics correspondence - presumably they wouldn't send this confirmation if they weren't going to issue you with the visa, right?

Or does it not follow that just because you receive the IMM5825 that you will automatically get your visa?

Nope. Everyone gets Biometric confirmation letter. Then follow by either passport request letter or refusal letter. It depends with the decision VO made, but everyone automatically gets Biometric letter just to confirm your validity.

It doesn't mean you got visa. If CIC send bio metric applover letter, it only means your application(Visa) has start processing and it will take 1 or 2 weeks before you get answer for your visa.
