Hey,
Im 18 just completed my 10+2 examinations and my sister is in Canada and she is a Canadian citizen. Now, I want to apply canada for my further studies, can my sister sponsor me?
If yes, what documents will be needed? Will there be a visa rejection chance for having my sister already in canada?

YEs having a sister in Canada can be a disadvantage specially if she studied in Canada. In order to be approved you must show that you will return to your home country at the end of your studies.

I'm 19 and have already been given admission and was enrolled in classes.. I'm being sponsored by a Canadian permanent residence friend and was refused visa because of lack of personal accets and finances and also with a reason that I can't pay the full tuition without working in Canada.. Can I send a reconsideration letter for my application to be reviewed again?? And also can the decision be overturned if I explain things to the visa officer?

They usually prefer financial sponsors to be close family because the likelihood of the person actually supporting try for your entire education is much better. You should submit a new application.
