Hi everyone,

I received my GMCS notes ( finally !) and I am so confused at what to look at. Some of the information seem to contradict itself.

The last page with analysts notes says " recommended pass" even though I was told by multiple agents that my eligibility has been met.
It also says that Criminality not started, but I was also told by different agents that that was done.
Finally, it says that my husband's police certificate is not on file, even though we have uploaded that. Should I send it again?

Also, what else should I be looking for on these notes.

look at the assessments on page 2, what does it say about your E, C & S.
And also paste the case analysts notes on the last 4 pages.

First look at "assessment" section on page 2

Then look at "notes" section at the endo of the report.

When is your gcms dated? And when was the last agents told you your criminality is passed?
Its the only possible explanation I can feel can exist for such contradictory info

@tahirnm I looked at your previous posts as I just saw you are in Montreal. You should post on the Montreal thread. Yours is the 4th case from Montreal I know where file has been put on hold. I don't know why is that happening.

Hahahaha...I don't know how this would bring any speed to our application.

For once if I get selfish and look at June Second half AORs there are 34 people on the list.

@NASARIS had a RR due to missing date on employment ref. Letter

@kanu's application moved from ottawa to sydney and got approval

And @wellkh my friend from China has an SS, for unknown reasons.

@diya20111 @ts270890 @canadian_dream89 have their applications in Sydney and are probably next in line for approval.

@tahirnm's application is in Montreal

Remaining 27 (34-3-3-1) share the exact same status and probably fates too.

I wish I am in line. But IDK. I am hoping they'll do something by end of February or early March.
