Thank you for your reply. So the Warsaw VO may not necessarily send an AOR2 email? Also, my GC key says BGC is in process... From your experience any idea how long until PPR? (Medical passed one month ago) thanks again
2-3 months after medical. usually it takes this much time. but no hard and fast , it can take less than this time or even more depending on case to case ( travel history etc)

Hi guys, I am following another forum for outland applicants as well and there's somebody keeping track of applications in a very detailed excel file. Currently it shows that the average waiting time is some 7 months (from the moment they start working on your application - not the moment they receive in Sydney) What a wait ey?!

YEA that's quite a long wait eh! What would they be doing in 7 months ! Just checking Eligibility and SEC, and that is all is left in our's

It's insane... Times went up so much ever since they moved their office in Canada. However, during the time of Harper it wasn't uncommon for some applicants to wait a few years before all was done and dusted. So all things considered, it ain't that bad (eh!) ; )

You guys application went really fast. Our application was received August 27 and we still have not done biometrics and medicals till now.
Is biometrics mandatory? And is it for specific country or any other reason?..cz i hvnt seen many people getting request for biometrics

Yea as long as they finish all in 12-13 months total from beginning; consider it not bad at all
