Had used textnow previously and didn't get any issues. But tried using Skype too but queues are busy. Now will wait till tomorrow.

that would be 6:30 ish ( pm) in ottawa will they be working at that time ? or is it a 24/7 helpline ?

I always am able to connect at that time.
It is not 24/7 but seems they work until 6-7 pm their time

Lol... no way I can wake up at that time.

I'm trying again now.

It doesn't work man they are too busy to put me in queue. Have tried shortcuts to go through the menu now 6 times but still not able to get in the queue.
