How does these passport substantiate your sibling relationship. Is it because of Parent Names and Address?

Yes you can submit additional documents through CSE which would be checked provided it reaches them before a decision is made but make sure that the linkage is duly explained in an LOE attached to the documents. I think that should do the trick. You never know they may pass it even without these additional docs but its better that no room is left from out side.

It means your application at the moment is at the Visa office in Ottawa. Also known as Case Processing Center, Ottawa.

not sure about that. but it appears to be most express entry applications are primarily processed there.

Any application which lands up.. goes to cio sydney... its called central intake office.. then its load balanced
